• we shall accompany You to check-in
• we shall help You complete the procedure of baggage and passenger check-in
• we shall help You complete the procedures of aviation security control, customs and passport control
• we shall accompany You from inside the passenger terminal to You designated seat on the aircraft
• we shall give You other needful service.

After aircraft arrived in Palanga airport:

• we shall accompany You from your designated seat on the aircraft to inside the passenger terminal
• we shall help You reclaim Your baggage
• we shall help You complete procedures of passports control and customs
• we shall accompany You from inside the terminal to parking area
• we shall give You other needful service.
