The start of the year is the time for changes and renewal at Lithuanian airports. You can already notice certain changes in the traffic and car parking system as soon as you drive to Kaunas or Palanga airports. With these changes, the arrival at the passenger terminals should become clearer and more convenient to everyone, regardless of the means of transport.

Passenger terminals will also meet you with certain changes: several shops were renewed and new services were introduced in Vilnius to make your trip easier – try out self check-in, luggage wrapping or a terminal where you can buy a Fast Track service. Ryanair will fly from Vilnius to Berlin

Starting from April the Scandinavian airline SAS will introduce the SAS Go Light service for the travellers to any destination in Europe. It is intended for clients who prefer to travel light with hand luggage only and are looking for lower fares.

Fast Track – now faster and more convenient

FOXBOX self-service terminal is now available in the Departures Hall at Vilnius Airport; here you can buy a one-time Fast Track service in a fast and convenient way.

New services in the luggage wrapping area

A new Pack&Fly area for passengers was opened in the Departures Hall at Vilnius Airport where travellers have an opportunity to take care of their luggage security – to wrap a suitcase and protect it from opening, moisture or damage. Here you can also purchase locks for your suitcase or other useful travel accessories – pillows, earplugs, etc.

Self check-in kiosks – already for SAS passengers

Passengers of Scandinavian airlines SAS can already use the self check-in kiosks situated in the Departures Hall at Vilnius Airport.

Narvesen shop renewed

Narvesen, a shop of convenient and fast shopping, opened its door after renewal in the Departures Hall at Vilnius Airport.

 
Traffic changes near Kaunas Airport

The traffic system near Kaunas Airport is changing. The objective of these changes is to ensure that the trip to the airport is more convenient by any means of transport while the main innovation is special Kiss and fly spots where passengers will be able to exit and enter their vehicles in a short-term parking lot. Modern car parking lots at Palanga Airport
