On Sunday, December 20th, Lithuania’s Government announced a suspension of all passenger flights inbound from the United Kingdom due to the worsening epidemiological situation. The flight ban will be in place from December 21st, 04:00, until December 31st, 24:00.

Ad-hoc flights will be allowed only with the permission of Lithuania’s Transport safety administration.

Cargo flights are not subject of this ban, as well as passenger flights from Lithuania to the United Kingdom.

The decision to restrict passenger flights was made collectively by the three Baltic states.
