A new advertising ordering and management platform has been launched at Lithuanian Airports. The new platform allows you to find airport advertising positions in one place, order them independently and manage all relevant information about advertising campaigns. All this can be done by the customer remotely, without any physical order confirmation.

The need for advertising is growing

At all three airports, one of the fastest growing revenue indicators is non-aviation revenue, which has more than doubled in 5 years of operation. Such results of the company were influenced by the special attention of the airports to improve the efficiency in this area and the use of the infrastructure. As early as the beginning of 2019, all digital advertising screens were substantially updated and additional measures were introduced.

“As passenger flows at airports recover, for the convenience of all, we have created an interactive advertising ordering platform that currently in Lithuania has no equal. With the help of this tool, individual residents and advertising or event agencies, as well as various other large and small businesses will be able to quickly and efficiently plan an advertising campaign in the Lithuanian Airports group. This solution will fundamentally make it easier to display the desired information to airport passengers, which we receive more and more every year, which at the same time means the growing availability of advertising”, comments Justinas Stepšys, Director of the Lithuanian Airport Commerce Department.

Currently, there are 84 locations in airports that use high-quality video screens, 46 advertising light boxes have been updated, 74 non-standard advertising positions are used, Vilnius Airport features the largest video wall in Lithuania, and the advertising tools offered at Vilnius and Kaunas airports are not only inside the terminals but also outdoors.

In addition to digital advertising opportunities, all airports offer impressive custom advertising solutions that will be available on the self-service platform.

Speed and convenience

According to the head of commerce, the new self-service platform has an intuitive user interface, where the advertiser himself can remotely receive all the necessary information about advertising positions - collect a shopping cart, create a new advertising campaign, submit the desired advertising content and receive broadcast advertising reports by just a few clicks. The whole process will be monitored and supervised by sales managers, but will operate exclusively in the electronic space.

"The platform can filter advertising positions according to their location and the needs of the target audience, and when searching for free advertising tools, ads can be filtered by criteria of time, price or free advertising grids. Interactive maps of all airports are also available in one convenient format. Taking care of our customers, we assign a separate sales manager to each airport, who will help resolve any problems very quickly”, says J. Stepšys.

The customer will also be able to see the results of their advertising - constantly updated statistics, which will allow monitoring and knowing exactly how many times the ad has been shown, for how long it will be broadcast, what are the estimated advertising costs, and will provide all historical information about advertising orders.
